share-planet.com reserves the right to remove files from our server if they are found to be illegal, introduce security issues, uses too much bandwidth, or for any other reason as we see fit. share-planet.com services is provided free of charge and is not expected to be used to host files for large-scale web sites. Files consuming too much bandwidth on a regular basis will be removed.
share-planet.com does allow adult content as long is not copyrighted but do not allow files that depict illegal activities, copyrighted or contain child pornography & etc. Those who upload illegal files will be blocked (by IP address) from using share-planet.com services. Legal authorities may be contacted if the subject of the file is found to be
illegal.
share-planet.com is not responsible for the contents of each file so make sure you scan the file with an anti-virus program before opening/running any file you download.
share-planet.com retains the copyrights to our content on this site only. All uploaded files are copyrighted by their respective owners.
share-planet.com owns the data regarding visitors to your website that we collect.
share-planet.com will use the data in compliance.
share-planet.com VIP are not allowed to share their account password otherwise your account will be immediately terminated, you will be banned from future use and legal action may be pursued.
Once any of the share-planet.com VIP account have been terminated or being refunded. All his/her stored files shall be delete with immediate effect and without any further notice.
There shall be no refund for share-planet.com VIP subscription payment after the 3 days grace period given for any reason.
All files extensions are allowed to upload except exe|php|asp|htm|html|pl|cgi.
You may not use share-planet.com for any illegal purposes. This includes but is not limited to the transmission or receipt of illegal material.
You may not use share-planet.com to contact or communicate with minors in a manner prohibited by the law.
You may not use share-planet.com to violate copyrights or to break other forms of intellectual property law.
You may not use share-planet.com to send spam (unsolicited advertising, bulk email, mass news posts, or any other kind
of undesired large scale abuse of the net).
You may not use share-planet.com to harass or
annoy.
If you have been blocked by the owner of a bulletin board or other service that allows the posting of messages, you may not use share-planet.com to bypass this blocking.
Robots/web-crawlers and other non-human browsers may not use share-planet.com.
